**Annual Flu Clinic at Unionville High School**

Stopping the Flu Starts with You! The #1 way to protect yourself and your family from the flu is to get vaccinated each year. We are partnering with the Chester County Health Department to offer flu shots for the community.

Thursday, October 13th
2:30 - 6:30 PM
Instructions:

  • There will be no online pre registration this year
  • Participants are asked to bring their insurance cards, if insured. Insurance will be verified on-site
  • Consent forms are required. They can be downloaded and filled out ahead of time or at the clinic

**The Chester County District Attorney and Sheriff Drug Take Back Event at UHS**
The Chester County District Attorney and Sheriff invite you to turn in your expired or unused medication for safe disposal.

Thursday, October 13th at UHS
2:30 - 6:30 PM

Products Accepted

Prescription and over-the-counter solid medications, tablets and capsules,liquid medications in their original containers, prescription patches, medical creams and ointments, vitamins, nasal sprays, and pet medicines.
Products NOT Accepted
Intravenous solutions, injectables (i.e. EpiPens), syringes, needles,hydrogen peroxide, compressed cylinders or aerosols (e.g. asthma inhalers), Iodine-containing medications, thermometers, or alcohol.
